My Story
My father was the first to introduce low voltage landscape lighting to Australia over 35 years ago. His passion was to illuminate outdoor areas that were seemingly neglected after dark. A passion that has now been passed down. Our family business, of which I was production manager for over a decade, became a leading manufacturer of landscape lighting in Australia.
I have always had a strong awareness towards outdoor lighting, the comfort it can bring, and the mood it can create, and I want to share my expertise in this art on a more personal scale. I founded Illumico to do exactly this. To creatively and specifically utilise light outdoors, after dark.
From design of artistic hand crafted fixtures that marry architecture, or just be art pieces in themselves, to precise, thoughtful lighting to enhance the beauty of landscape architecture or create functional spaces, Illumico will bring your landscape to life after dusk.
